Exchange Policy

At Stombilfashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with the size, style, or product received, you may request an exchange subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

The product delivered is of the wrong size, color, or style.

The item is defective, damaged, or has manufacturing issues.

The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that cannot be exchanged include:

Custom-made or altered items

Handmade jewellery (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

Email us at [Insert Customer Support Email] within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following:

Order ID

Product name & details

Reason for exchange (with photo/video proof if applicable)

Our team will verify eligibility and arrange pickup (if available) or guide you on how to send it back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement.

4. Exchange Timeframe

Exchange processing typically takes 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping time for the replacement item will vary by location and courier partner.

5. Shipping Charges

If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective), we cover all shipping charges.

For size/style exchange by customer preference, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Availability of Replacement

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer:

An alternative product, or

A refund as per our Refund Policy
