Refund & Return Policy

At stombilfashion, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return/refund:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Handmade jewellery (for hygiene reasons unless damaged or incorrect)

Gift cards or discount vouchers

Products that have been used, damaged due to customer handling, or are missing parts

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at healpdesk@stombiltrade.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
Order ID
Product name
Reason for return (with photo/video evidence if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours to confirm return eligibility and arrange pickup or advise on further steps.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).

It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide your bank details for NEFT transfer.

5. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for size issues or defective items, subject to stock availability.

If the exact product is not available, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping.

If returning for personal reasons (size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide your bank details for NEFT transfer.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—you must follow the return process instead.
