Shipping Policy

At Stombilfashion., we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe and timely manner across India and internationally (if applicable). Please read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Coverage

Pan-India Shipping: We deliver to all major cities and towns across India.

International Shipping: Available to selected countries. International customers must check shipping availability before placing orders.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order placement.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping is available for prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

COD orders may incur an additional handling fee.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country and order weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier partner link.

You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section on our website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes within India.

Orders with COD are confirmed via phone/email before processing.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we aim for timely deliveries, sometimes delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues.

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 days of the status update.

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

In case of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned. Re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Open Packages

If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.

Please take clear photos/videos and email them to us for claim processing.
